| Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. In the event tickets are unavailable, Only Tickets.biz's liability shall be a refund of the original purchase price. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed to be together, neither can rows or sections. |

| We will not replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Once the tickets are in your possession, they are your responsibility. Please keep your tickets in a safe place, and also away from direct heat or sunlight, for this can damage them. |
| In the event that we are unable to fill your ticket order as specified, we will contact you via phone or email and work with you to get you comparable seats. You will NOT be required to purchase any seats that are not to your liking. |
| Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. If your event is CANCELLED Only Tickets.biz will CREDIT you the amount paid for the tickets. This “store” credit may be used to purchase future tickets from us for another event. No refunds will be issued on cancelled events. |
| If your event is POSTPONED or RESCHEDULED, your tickets will be valid for the new dates. We do not refund tickets due to postponement or rescheduling. We will be more than happy to try to sell these tickets for you on our website in the event that you cannot attend.. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to sell your tickets. |
| All ticket orders placed on our website will be confirmed by a return phone call or e-mail during our normal business hours. We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time. We are closed Saturday & Sunday. Online orders placed after 5pm Eastern Standard Time on weekdays or after-hours on weekends may not be processed until the next working day. |
| During certain holiday weekends, we are closed some Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. In these cases, we will not be able to process your order until we return the next business day. If you wish to purchase tickets the same day as the event, we recommend that you call our office and speak with one of our representatives. |
| Only Tickets.biz is not responsible for typographical errors concerning prices, dates, times, events, performers, opening acts or weather conditions. When placing your order if you see an especially low price that is inconsistently low compared to comparable seats, it probably is incorrect. You should call our office first to confirm the price. |
| All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED. Confirmation will be by email or phone once the tickets are shipped. The initial email you will receive is only notice that we have received your order and it will be processed. You will be notified again once we obtain your tickets and ship them to you. |
